Every body is different. A typical session looks something like this:

  • Brief intake A short conversation about how you’re feeling that day. First visits include a full anamnesis (1.5 hours).
  • Diagnosis Tongue and pulse diagnosis — a TCM way of listening to the body.
  • Gentle needling Fine needles placed at chosen points. Most clients describe the sensation as a gentle pulse or warmth.
  • Rest period You rest for 20–30 minutes with the needles in place. Many clients fall asleep.
  • Aftercare A short conversation, lifestyle or dietary guidance if relevant, and time to ease back into the day.
