Release & Circulation
Cupping Therapy.
Suction · Often combined · 10–20 min per area
Cups applied to specific points and meridians create gentle suction to release muscular tension, improve circulation, and support detoxification.
Temporary marks may appear and fade within a few days — they’re a normal part of the technique.
What cupping helps with
A classic TCM technique.

-
Muscle tension Especially upper back, shoulders, neck, lower back.
-
Blood circulation Drawing blood flow to specific areas to support healing.
-
Lymphatic drainage Encouraging movement of lymphatic fluid.
-
Respiratory support Cupping on the upper back can support breathing.
-
Recovery from exertion Post-workout, post-strain recovery.
-
Stagnation patterns TCM views many conditions as patterns of stagnation — cupping moves stagnation.

Static or gliding Cups can be left in place (static) or moved with oil (gliding cupping).
